Three tech brands. One agency partner. Five long-form pieces a week.
The challenge
Stratabeat, a Boston B2B marketing agency, had three fast-moving tech clients at once. Freshworks needed contributor-grade content inside a big, structured program. Zoovu needed writers fluent in AI-guided selling and ecommerce. Seekr, an AI startup in brand safety and contextual advertising, needed a steady monthly stream that could flex as its strategy evolved.
They needed one team that could switch between all three voices every week (and still hit every deadline).
What we did
Freshworks: we owned a topic cluster.
Inside the Freshworks contributor program, we became the team Stratabeat trusted with chatbot and conversational AI content, from NLP chatbots to sales funnel templates that went straight to Freshworks’ design team to become downloadable assets.
Zoovu: we explained AI commerce for buyers.
We wrote buyer-education content on product recommendation quizzes, AI shopping assistants, and ecommerce and digital product advisors, turning guided-selling tech into content shoppers and ecommerce leaders could act on.
Seekr: we built a series that scaled.
At four pieces a month, we covered brand safety, brand suitability, and contextual targeting, then wrote a series of articles on podcast advertising for government, education, financial services, and healthcare.
Stratabeat: we wrote thought leadership with real experts.
For Stratabeat’s own blog, we wrote “The Top Challenges for B2B CMOs to Tackle in 2024” and “Behavioral Analytics 101,” built around sourced quotes from marketing leaders and subject matter experts.
When the brief changed, we changed with it.
Midway through, the Seekr account wanted a new voice: more narrative, fewer lists, longer paragraphs. We studied the edits, retrained the team on the new standard, and refreshed every podcast advertising article in the new style.
